Study Visit to Koh Kong Province_Faculty of Forestry

Phnom Penh: Under cooperation between Mendel University and Royal University of Agriculture, Czech Republic Development Cooperation is funded for implementing the project entitles “Support for cooperation research, education, and practical teaching at the Faculty of Forestry, Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia”. This project is provided provide the great opportunity for faculty forestry and university as well as classroom equipment for practice in woodworking, instructing teachers in the field of practical woodworking education, Support for the inclusion of the topic of international projects in the curriculum, Thesis support for student, Propagation of Faculty of forestry, and Student study visit etc., Through this funded support, The Faculty of Forestry is organized a student field trip to Koh Kong province from 25th to 29th July, 2023. There are 35 students (Year 2 and Year 3) and 9 lecturers from the faculty of forestry to joint this field trip. The purpose of this study tour is giving the opportunity to students to visit the Mangrove Forest, Forest Community Protected Areas, Practices the mangrove forest inventory, Understand the people livelihood in the protected areas and wildlife sanctuary and to Understand about Wood Processing of Acacia Plantations in CamAgra Investment Group Ltd.

As the result, during the five-day field trip to Koh Kong province all students and lecturers gained more knowledges about the protected areas, mangrove forest, people livelihood in the protected areas and wildlife sanctuary as well as to understand more about wood processing of Acacia plantations in CamAgra Investment Group and also, they could practice more on inventory method behind the theory studied in the classroom.

The Faculty of Forest Sciences would like to thank the University of Mendel for giving us good cooperation and kindly support student research and publication, as well as providing materials for the faculty practices in the real classroom.

ភ្នំពេញ៖ តាមរយៈកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាង​ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទកសិកម្ម និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Mendel នៃសាធារណៈរដ្ឋឆែក ក្រោក្របខណ្ឌគម្រោង “Support for cooperation research, education, and practical teaching at the Faculty of Forestry, Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia” និងក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភពី Czech Republic Development Cooperation, មហាវិទ្យាល័យព្រៃឈើ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទកសិកម្ម បានរៀបចំដំណើរចុះទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាទៅកាន់ខេត្តកោះកុង រយៈពេល៥ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីនិស្សិតចំនួន ៣៥នាក់ (ឆ្នាំទី២ និងឆ្នាំទី៣) រួមទាំងសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ ម.វិព្រៃឈើចំនួន០៩នាក់ផងដែរ។ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះមានគោលបំណង ដើម្បីផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់និស្សិតធ្វើការសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ពីធនធានធម្មជាតិដែលមាននៅក្នុងតំបន់ព្រៃកោងកាង ដំណើរការនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងតំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិ សិក្សាពីជីចម្រុះ និងការប្រកបរបរចិញ្ចឹមជីវិតរបស់ប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់ ការធ្វើសារពើភណ្ឌព្រៃកោងកាង រួមទាំងសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ពីដំណើរការកែច្នៃឈើនៅក្នុងក្រុមហ៊ុន CamAgra Investment Group Ltd។

ជាលទ្ធផល ក្នុងដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចរយៈពេលប្រាំថ្ងៃ ទៅកាន់ខេត្តកោះកុង និស្សិត និងសាស្ត្រាចារ្យទាំងអស់ បានទទួលចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែមជាច្រើនពីសហគមន៍ព្រៃកោងកាង តំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិ ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់ការពារ និងដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃ ការធ្វើសារពើភណ្ឌព្រៃកោងកាង ក៏ដូចជា ជីវចម្រុះក្នុងសហគមន៍ព្រៃកោងកាងជាដើម។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ និស្សិតក៏បានស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមពីការកែច្នៃឈើអាកាស្យានៅក្នុងក្រុមហ៊ុន CamAgra Investment Group ដែលពួកគេអាចអនុវត្តបន្ថែមពីលើទ្រឹស្តីដែលបានសិក្សានៅក្នុងថ្នាក់រៀន។

មហាវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រព្រៃឈើ សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Mendel ដែលបានរួមសហតាមរយៈការផ្តល់ថវិកាគាំទ្រដល់និស្សិតក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងបោះពុម្ពសារណាបទបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា ព្រមទាំងបានផ្តល់នូវសម្ភារៈសម្រាប់បម្រើការនៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យ។
